With the wind whipping her hair about, violently slashing across her face, and the grass beneath her skin trembling in anticipation of the old brick building crumbling to pieces,  the carved front just swaying peacefully in the storm before crashing and splitting soundlessly, She could almost hear the stars.

How 'bout your best friend.

She sways with the moon, Her moods change with the tide; If you win her good friendship, She'll stand by your side. She's smart and witty, She's loving and kind, She's stupid and silly Most of the time. She has her secrets, As do we all; If you don't push her, You won't slip and fall. I'm sorry my body's Not as perfect as hers. Like most real women, My shape has curves. I'm sorry I don't Buy big brand names; Shopping in thrift Is just better game. I may not be pretty, I may not be thin, But I'll be girlfriend material When she gets binned.

'Tis the season of short-shorts, Of sandals and flip-flops, Of skin-baring wardrobes And of short skirts and low tops. Colours of the rainbow Flashing here and there; Arms, legs and backs, So many bits to share. A tan is like a trophy, Hoops earrings are a must. Get yourself a push-up bra, You must show off your bust. If you have bum-dimples Or slight acne on your back, You must cover up your flaws, There is something you just lack. It is a grand competition; Who can display the most bronzed skin? The shortest skirts, the skimpiest tops; For the girls, they must always win.
